Ex-premier Yingluck Shinawatra says she's not going anywhere and is even prepared for conviction and prison as her Supreme Court case winds up. Ms Yingluck has been charged with dereliction of duty for failing to stop corruption and irregularities stemming from her government's rice-pledging scheme. If found guilty, Ms Yingluck could face a jail term of up to 10 years. Besides the criminal case, Ms Yingluck is also fighting the government's move to examine her assets for seizure through an administrative order. She filed a petition with the Administrative Court seeking the court to suspend the administrative order.
